Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Sirius Organizasyon account and data associated with it.

Submit a deletion request

Write from the email address associated with your account to [email protected] and state your user type. We may request limited additional information to verify the request.

Deletable data

After verification, profile data, sign-in links, customer requests, your own event or guest records, and other deletable cloud data will be removed within a reasonable period. Requests concerning authorized manager or staff accounts are handled with regard to business-record integrity and legal retention obligations.

Local and Drive data

Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local device data. Files exported by an authorized account to Google Drive must be deleted separately from that Drive account.

Records that may be retained

Purchase, accounting, security, fraud-prevention and legally required records may be retained for the applicable period.
