Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Zeynalp Studio handles information in the Sirius Organizasyon app.
User roles and access
Standard users cannot see business-management screens. Those screens are available only to authorized manager or staff accounts after role and permission checks. Standard users can view venue information and galleries or send appointment and contact requests. Signed-in customers can access only their own events, content status and guest-list actions.
Information we process
During account creation and sign-in, we may process a name, email address, Google account identifier and profile information. We may process appointment, request, contact and rating information submitted by standard users, and event or guest information associated with a customer's own account. Detailed booking, payment, finance, team, inventory and business records are used only within authorized manager or staff roles.
Contacts and images
Contact access is used only when a customer initiates guest selection for their own event. Image access is used when a user or authorized staff member selects photos or files to upload. Contacts or images that are not selected are not imported.
Google user data and Drive
Google Sign-In data is used for authentication and access to the correct user role. Drive backup, export, upload and folder actions can be initiated only by accounts authorized for those features. Google user data is not sold for advertising or used to create an independent advertising profile. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
We may use Google Firebase for authentication, role checks, synchronization and server functions; Google Drive API for authorized user-initiated file operations; Google AdMob for advertising; and Google Play for purchases.
Retention, security and deletion
Data is kept as long as needed to provide the service, prevent unauthorized access and comply with legal obligations. Follow the steps on the Data Deletion page or request deletion at [email protected].
