Personal Data Notice (Türkiye)

This notice informs Sirius Organizasyon users about personal-data processing under Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

Data controller and contact

Zeynalp Studio acts as the data controller for personal data processed through Sirius Organizasyon. Send KVKK requests to [email protected].

User roles and access limits

Standard users cannot see business-management screens. Customer accounts access only their associated events, content status and guest actions. Booking, finance, team and other business records are visible only to authorized manager or staff accounts after role and permission checks.

Categories, purposes and legal grounds

We may process identity, contact, account, appointment, request, customer-service, event, guest, selected contact, image, file, purchase, device, advertising and security data. Data is processed to provide accounts and role-based access, fulfill customer and event services, operate authorized business tools, provide backups and file actions, manage purchases, secure the service and comply with law. Legal grounds may include contract performance, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests and explicit consent where required under KVKK Articles 5 and 6.

Transfers

Where necessary to provide the service, data may be transferred to providers such as Google Firebase, Google Drive API, Google AdMob and Google Play, or to competent authorities when legally required. International transfers are handled under KVKK Article 9 requirements, appropriate safeguards and explicit-consent mechanisms where required.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights listed in KVKK Article 11, including requesting information, correction, deletion or destruction where conditions are met, notification to recipients, objection to certain automated results, and compensation for unlawful processing.

How to apply

Email us from the address associated with your account using the subject “Sirius Organizasyon KVKK Request”. We may request only the information needed to verify identity and the relationship to the account. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.
